Massage Therapy at Fort Worth Wellness

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy offers a multitude of benefits for both the body and mind. It helps alleviate stress, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance overall relaxation. Regular massage sessions can also boost immune function, increase flexibility, and promote better sleep. At Fort Worth Wellness, we offer a range of therapeutic massage services to meet your needs, including Stress Relief Massage and Deep Tissue Massage.

Stress Relief Massage

Our Stress Relief Massage is a full-body treatment that utilizes light to medium pressure with slow, long, flowing strokes. This technique helps regulate breathing, calm the mind, and enhance mobility. Often referred to as Swedish massage, it also draws inspiration from Esalen and Lomi Lomi traditions, providing a deeply relaxing experience.

Deep Tissue Massage

Our Deep Tissue Massage is a full-body treatment that combines firm to deep pressure techniques, including Myofascial Release and Thai Massage, performed on a table. Myofascial Release targets knots and adhesions deep within the layers of your fascia and muscles, while Thai Massage techniques enhance the experience. This massage style is both focused and flowing, with deep pressure strokes that glide along the length of your muscle fibers and friction techniques that apply pressure across the grain of your muscles to break up adhesions and align tissue fibers.

Thai Massage is an ancient practice that incorporates the arts of compression, rocking, joint mobilization, and stretching. This holistic approach creates space within the body, promoting overall relaxation and well-being.
