Allison Blakewell

As the founder of Fort Worth Wellness, Allison Blakewell has made it her mission to holistically heal her patients using a blend of both Eastern and Western medicine. Although she’s from right here in Fort Worth, she earned her BS in Nursing from the University of Virginia and her Masters in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport Connecticut. Allison then spent years as a Cardiac Nurse before realizing she really wanted to dig deeper into the root causes of the body's illnesses and issues.

She now practices Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET), an energy balancing technique that helps balance the body to particular allergens so that the person will not experience the symptoms caused by that allergen. So if a person reacts to trees with sneezing, coughing, itching and a runny nose, Allison resets the body so that the person's body will just see a tree and not react. It is non-invasive and non-chemical approach to wellness so it is safe for everyone from babies, to pregnant women to 90 year olds. She is also skilled in several emotion balancing techniques and other forms of energy work.

As someone who is passionate about finding health solutions to medical mysteries, she has been transforming the lives of her patients since 2010. When she’s not doing that, she’s volunteering at the Boys & Girls Club or spending time with her husband and three girls.

What have you learned over your lifetime that you'd like to share with the younger generation?
Nothing matters if you don’t have your health. You cannot fulfill your God-given purpose if you do not take care of your Temple... body, mind, and spirit. What you put in your body matters. Health is not a one-and-done thing. Our bodies do take maintenance. Don’t give up on trying to solve your health issues. There IS an answer. Don’t let anyone in health care tell you that it is normal to feel sick all of the time.
