Fort Worth Wellness is excited to partner with Lauren Bailey of Embodied Yoga to offer yoga classes in our wellness space. Classes are held every Tuesday and Friday at 10:15 a.m. and are designed to support mindful movement, nervous system balance, mobility, and overall well-being. Each class is $22.

Lauren is a Fort Worth native with more than 12 years of experience teaching yoga and sharing bodywork within the community. With a deep belief that the body holds innate wisdom, Lauren creates a welcoming space where students can feel grounded, supported, and empowered in their wellness journey.

These classes blend functional movement, restorative practices, and embodied yoga techniques to help release tension, improve strength and mobility, and promote greater ease within the body. Whether you are looking to reduce stress, support nervous system regulation, improve flexibility, or simply create time to reconnect with yourself, yoga at Fort Worth Wellness offers a nourishing and approachable experience for all levels.

Lauren’s training includes certifications and continued education in anatomy-based yoga, Kundalini yoga, CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, somatic bodywork, and restorative movement practices.
